Nutrigrains technology purpose is to create high-quality, functional and nutritional protein ingredients through its core processes.

 

Since traditional technology uses a single vegetable source in a standard extraction and purification process, the nutritional and functional characteristics of this vegetable proteins becomes limited.

 

Nutrigrains technology consists of selecting and combining different vegetable sources, modifying physical properties and mixing them with other ingredients. Thus a wide range of products oriented to specific applications are developed.

CIDPRO´s mission is to create vegetable proteins with exceptional functional and nutritional characteristics. This is achieved by researching the properties of the raw materials, the nutritional and functional synergy of the same and the effect of the application of physical, biological, extraction, purification and drying processes.
